I do not usually comment or write reviews, however I feel so much obliged that I had to write this feedback. I started this diet and have been following the guidelines in this book and have lost 55 pounds now for 17 weeks. I don’t know how but I lost 9 pounds the first week of the diet. 

All symptoms that I have been experiencing since after the birth of my youngest son, which is for more than ten years, have disappeared. Thyroid activity has normalized, migraines have gone, and horrible heartburn and indigestion has automatically got cured. Why would not I call it a God’s help for me?
